If not, go back to the lighthouse and pick up the item that Lola left on the ground (I've done multiple playthroughs and in some occasions I had to pick up the item, and in some occasions it was already in my inventory). After the scene, check your inventory to see if there is a card in there that shows a cat's tongue and the phrase "Lengua #22". On top of the lighthouse, walk around until a cutscene starts playing. Use the key from Nicks cigarette box on the door and enter the lighthouse. In the central hub, take the left path and go past the worker bees towards the lighthouse. Leave the litter box, walk through the hallway and go past the stairs to the left of the screen. Afterwards you will unlock the following achievement: Wait until she starts crying and then ask her if you can hold the metal detector while she cries. In the back room, Carla will start a (very long) monologue, you don't need to respond. Carla will ask you to put your belongings on the desk and then search you with her hand-held metal detector. Next, take the gold flaked liquor from your inventory and take a sip. As you will automatically leave the area, go back up to Carla again.
Carla will detonate the 'bomb' and you will end up with a key. Your next response should be that a shifty looking guy put it there. When she asks what it is, tell her you found it under her desk. Take out Nicks cigarette case and show it to Carla. This will bring you to Carla, the blimps security guard. On top awaits another staircase, go up even further. When you are in the area with the kiosk, go up the staircase.
Next, take the elevator back down and exit the hallway. When Nick is gone, pick up the cigarette case from the table and leave the area either left or right from the statue.
